09Application PointsBase surface treatment: The base surface should be solid and flat without dust and oil stains. Any uneven areas or misaligned joints should be ground smooth and repaired as necessary.Application of detailed additional layers: Additional layers like internal and external corners and construction joints should be reinforced with non-woven fabrics. Firstly, detailed joints should be applied a layer of coating. Secondly, the reinforcing additional layer of non-woven fabric should be placed before the coating surface dries. Finally, another layer of coating should be applied to the surface of the non-woven fabrics after the additional layer is completely adhesive and firm.Application of large-area coating: Mechanical spraying is highly recommended (roller application is also acceptable). Cross spraying should be adopted with the wet film thickness of each coating not exceeding 1.0mm, and an even application without exposure of the base material and accumulation should be maintained.Subsequent coating: Once the first coating has dried, apply the second one. After the second coating has dried, please apply the third one (the amount for the third coating should be controlled based on the designed thickness and the actual measured thickness on-site). 10Method of ApplicationThe base surface should be flat, firm, and free of visible water, oil stains, and floating dust. If the base surface does not meet the requirements, it should be cleaned or repaired first; the temperature of the application environment should be between 5℃ and 35℃;The coating can be used immediately. It is recommended that it is used straight from the barrel within 12h, and should not be left to stand for too long;The base should be thinly coated multiple times; 2 to 3 times is the suggested amount. Matrix reinforcement materials (such as non-woven fabrics) need to be paved at detailed connecting nodes such as internal and external corners, pipe roots and water outlets; the coating should penetrate the matrix without any wrinkles or warping;When painting a large area, facade application should be carried out first, followed by graphic application.
